MIWE messenger* enables users at bakery branches to use their smartphones to retrieve status information from and on one or more MIWE baking stations (including logging function for 30 days). Notifications are received in the form of self-explanatory text messages regardless of the current mode of the smartphone.
Requirements:
• Touch Control MIWE TC control system with latest MIWE go! user interface
• Baking station with the MIWE connectivity option (contact MIWE if necessary)
• Baking station with Internet access
• iPhone and iPad with iOS version 8.0 and higher
• Smart device with active Internet access
• Access to MIWE WebPortal

MIWE messenger* sends all key status information from one (or more) baking stations, e.g. "ready to bake", "end of baking" or "malfunction", immediately to a smartphone, with an audible and/or vibration signal, depending on the settings, but always with a self-explanatory text message, even when the smartphone is in silent mode (lock screen).
Many users benefit from this: the operators in the store, who have to focus on other tasks while also keeping an eye on the baking station in which products are currently baking. The branch manager, who receives messages about malfunctions directly and immediately. Or the district manager who wants an overview of how baking station X in branch Y was utilised in the past week, without having to visit branch Y just for this.
The MIWE messenger* also delivers this information directly to the smartphone. It not only displays messages, it also stores them for 30 days with additional background details. That means users can go back and display all messages from the last 30 days and filter them by message type, branch or baking station if necessary.
